As a person who enjoys eating food, I always wanted a quick snack that i could make with a few ingredients.
For me, Waffle Sandwiches with Mozzarella Cheese In the middle were my all time favourite.
(I made these using a mini waffle maker)

1 cupflour
4 teaspoonssugar
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
1egg yolk
1 cupwater
2 tablespoonsbutter
1 tablespoonOlive oil
1egg white whisked

(Preheat the Waffle Maker)
In a separate bowl mix, Flour, Sugar and Baking powder.

In another bowl whisk, Egg Yolk and Water.

In a small bowl, melt Butter and Olive Oil.

Whisk Egg White still stiff.

Add the wet ingredients(Egg Yolk mix and Butter mix) to the Flour mixture.

Fold in Stiffened Egg white to the mix.

Grease Waffle Maker and add the mix.

I MADE A WAFFLE SANDWICH WITH MOZZARELLA CHEESE IN THE MIDDLE.
