Peel yam, wash and cut into rectangular sizes or chop sticks

Place clean pot on fire and add oil, strain yam, add salt, mix and pour into oil

For the sauce place pan on fire and add little oil, add grounded paste, allow to cook, after few minutes add curry and mixed spice, add knorr cubes, stir and allow to fry, later add chopped onions and allow to cook on low heat.

When done put pot down and serve haaaaaawt 🔥 garnish with ketchup or drizzle on yam fries
