Sabudana is one of main dish prepared during fasting,which is loaded with energy.
Steps

Wash sabudana 3times or till you get clear water,then soak in water for 15min.remove water and cover keep it for 4,5hours.

Add 2sp oil in sabudana mix well and steam it in steamer for 10min.

Take out add peanut powder,salt,sugar mix well and make two parts.

Heat oil add jeera let it crackle add tomato,chilli powder add one part of sabudana and mix it well,add lemon juice and red sabudana is ready.

Heat oil add jeera let crackle add capsicum paste mix well add another part of sabudana mix it cook for sometime add lemon juice and green one is ready. Serve hot.
