Steps

In a bowl add flour, oil, salt and sugar in it.

Add lukewarm water in it and knead it well. Add water gradually if needed.

Now cover it and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Make balls of your choice and roll it. Apply some ghee on it and again fold it.
- 5
Now again roll it and apply some ghee on it and again fold it in your desired shape.(round, square).
- 6
Do same things with all the balls. Now roll one by one and cook on heated tawa applying some ghee. Take out of tawa when it becomes crispy.
