Homemade chicken samosa
Steps

Add salt and ajwain in flour with ghee. Mix well until crumbled. Gradually add water. Knead the dough.

Cover it with wet cloth for 20 mins.

Meanwhile boil chicken in a wok add 1 tsp salt and garlic cloves. When meat tender cool it and shredded. Add pepper and salt and mix it well.

Now roll a dough on flat surface to make samosas. Stuff the chicken in it and give it different shapes.

Heat oil in a fryer and fry samosas on medium heat until golden brown then strain oil and serve it.
