Wash chicken, add all ingredients in besan it and mix very well with water than keep covered in fridge.

Keep it for 2/4hrs for good results, add baking powder 10 mins before frying. Can be Merinated over night. If batter looks dry add some milk or water and mix well.

Heat oil, in a karahi, and drop each cube coated in batter on medium low heat, keep turning. When becomes crispy take out. Serve this yummy treat with sauces of choice.
