  • 250 grmsChicken mince
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspChicken powder
  • 1/2 tspPaprika
  • 1/2 tspGarlic powder
  • 1/4 tspOnion powder
  • 1/4 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspHot sauce
  • 1/2 cupCheddar cheese
  • For coating
  • 1/2 cupMaida
  • 1Egg
  • Bread crumbs as required

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl add mince, cheese and all the spices and mix well

    Grease your hands and make long shape fingers

    In a separate bowls add coating ingredients

    Roll the fingers first in maida then egg and then in bread crumbs

    In a fry pan heat oil and cook the fingers ib medium flame
