Wash the meat then add your spices to it

Add water to the meat and boil it, allow the juice to dry inside it in order for the meat to have more taste

Blend it 1st then add small amount of oil, albasa & tattasai on a fraying pan, put it on a low flame then add the blended meat to it. Fry it for 5mins

After cooking your irish (put curry and maggi inside the boiling water) dice the potatoes

Put meat in between it then clip with toothpick, fry it inside your already hot oil.
