Baked or Frozen Chocolate Balls

cookpad.japan

A snack to use up stale bread.

The top image is the frozen version.
■If the chocolate is a bit loose, add bread crumbs.
■If you cool well in Step 2, they'll be easier to roll into balls.
■When baked: Once they've baked let cool on a baking sheet. Even if they're soft right after baking, once they've cooled, they'll become crispy. Recipe by pogue

This cooked chocolate is similar to Galbo chocolate. Crispy, but the chocolate is moist. Warning: either method, you'll find yourself addicted to these!
