1 cupcooked rice
1 1/2 cupcurd
Few curry leaves
1/2 tspurad daal
1/2 tspchana daal
1 tspcumin and mustard seeds
1 tbspoil
as per tasteSalt
as neededCoriander leaves for garnishing
2whole red chillies

Take a bowl add cooked rice

Now add curd and mix well

Take a pan heat the oil and once heated add cumin mustard seeds chana daal and urad daal and curry leave.

Once crackle add it into the rice and mix well

Your curd rice is ready you can eat it cold or hot. Ok
