Mix water in besan and make a medium thick batter, add salt, red chilli, zeera and soda, keep it for 20 _30 mins. Mix it well.

Make baghar:Add water in dahi and mix well in blender or whisk add salt. In these baras dahi is runny, patli.
Heat oil in a karahi add curry pattay, red button chillies, zeera, rai dana and let it cook. We can also do tarka in the end over dahi baray that's easy n quick but I followed their exact way of making like street shops

Add dahi mixture in it and cook on slow haldi,

When it's cooking add haldi, red chilli powder and garlic ginger paste let it cook for few mins than off the flame. Let it cool.

Make phulkian in a fry pan not karahi, heat enough oi, and with a dish round spoon put batter on hot oil, they will swell, heat should be low, when cooked from one side turn them, give them brown colour, when cooked take them out in plate

In a big bowl put enough water to soak them add little salt n mix

When soft Press them carefully and put in dahi which we did baghar.Leave them in dahi.

These dahi baray don't need any chat /dahi bara masala or chutney. It's just amazing. Do try.
