Steps

Soak the Urad Dal overnight. Discard the water and add to a blender to make a smooth paste
- 2
Add kalonji, fennel seed paste, chopped ginger, salt and beat well.

Heat oil in a pan. Make balls from Urad Dal paste and slowly add to the oil to make Bara. When golden in colour. Add to a bowl of water immediately for 1 min. Complete the batches and in a similar manner dip the balls in water and set aside all fried Bara.

In a bowl beat the yogurt very well. Add salt and sugar. Add cumin-whole red chilli mix powder and beat very well again.

Add the fried Bara to the yogurt and let it soak all the yogurt.

Garnish with chopped coriander, cumin-whole red chilli mix powder, black salt, red chilli powder and chopped coriander leaves. Enjoy
