Arrange your ingredients to order

In a pan heat 1 tsp butter. Then add cinnamon. Cardamon, slice ginger, turmeric, cashew., melon seeds. Cook for 1 minute. Now add slice onion and tomato. At this stage, we can add a little salt. Tomato will become soft for this. The onion should be Translucent. Now cool it and make a smooth paste.

Now in a bowl mix all powder with little water

In a pan or kadhai heat oil. Add powder masala. Cook for 1 minute. Now add paste. Cook until it separate from the pan. Now add tofu, green peas and kasouri methi. Cook for some time. Add salt as per your requirement.

Now pour hot water as much gravy you want.. Cook for 5 minutes.. You can add fresh cream. It is optional. Serve with Rice or Roti.
