1 cuppuffed rice (roasted)
1boiled potato cubed
1tomato cubed
1onion cubed
2green chilli chopped
leavesChopped coriander
2 tbsproasted peanuts
1/3 cupBhel sev / fine sev
1/4 cupmasala boondi
2-4papdi
1 tbspGreen mint coriander chutney
1 tbspTamarind chutney
1 tspchat masala
1/2 tspmix of roasted cumin and red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Halflemon to squeeze
