Steps

In a Karahi, add oil, zeera, onion and mix until translucent.

Add Chicken, Kali Mirch powder, Garam Masala, Lal Mirch powder, Salt and mix well.

Add green onion, Coriander, Green Chillies mix well and let it cool.

In a bowl, put Maida (or any other flour), add water and make a smooth paste.

Take a samosa sheet, add chicken stuffing in the center, add Mozzarella Cheese (or any cheese) and seal corners with the flour-water paste.

Make other samosas in the same way samosas. Fry the samosas until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup
