  1. 2black Bigorre chorizos
  2. 6 clovespurple garlic
  3. 8small sprigs of fresh thyme (from my garden)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the unpeeled garlic cloves in a chorizo dish (I brought mine from Spain)

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Make 2 cuts with a small knife on each side of the chorizos

    Lift the skin

    Insert a small sprig of thyme under the skin, leaving a bit of thyme sticking out

    Comment insérer des herbes dans des saucisses,chorizos,volailles etc.

    Repeat the process on the second chorizo

    Place the chorizos on the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes

    Turn the chorizos halfway through cooking

    Remove the garlic cloves from the oven and place them in a small dish

    It's ready! Serve with small slices of toasted bread to spread the roasted garlic. Enjoy! 😋

Tips

Comment insérer des herbes dans des saucisses,chorizos,volailles etc.

Faire une petite incision au couteau puis soulever la peau ou le boyau avec une baguette Chinoise
