Firstly wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.

Now take a heavy bottom pot, then add milk and soacked rice and kesar petals.

And simmer kheer until becomes milk half.

Now add sugar and mix it well.

Futher add raisins,cardamom powder and chopped dry fruits. Mix well.

Finally ready khree garnish with chopped pistachios and kesar petals.

Serve hot and chilled and enjoy.
