Mix all 3 flour in a bowl.
Add 2 cups water in a curd n beat well. - 2
Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds coarsely crushed green chilli coarsely crushed garlic cloves saute n add buttermilk and curd mixture. Add salt pinch turmeric powder n chopped coriander n stir bring one boil.

Now add flour mixture to a pan n stir continuously. Cover it for 2-4 mins on slow flame.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a tadka bowl n add chopped coriander and immediately turn off the flame. Fried coriander is ready.

Now open lid n add ghee mix properly n serve in a plate. Spread fried coriander on a khatta khicha.

Khatta Khicha is ready to serve. Serve hot with mango pickle n oil.
