Phele aapp almond dates ko 3 hour ke liye bigo de neem garam paani me.

Phir blender me yogurt daale dates &almond daale.Almond ka chika utaar ke phir blender me daale milk daale.

Phir ice cubes daal kar achi tara blend karein.
- 4
Blend ho jaye to phir is ko glass me nikaal le & enjoy karein.
