Soak barley overnight.

Boil milk add barley cook till it softens. Add soaked and chopped dates.

Dry fruits optional. This is an immunity booster. Good for muscle, bones. It is good for bowel disorders and also healthy and filling.

Milk will thicken. Add honey for extra sweetness.
