In a bowl, combine the silken tofu and pancake mix, add a pinch of salt and knead well.

Divide the dough into 5 equal pieces. Roll the dough out on floured surface until the thickness is about 5 mm.

Pan-fry the dough in a skillet over medium-low heat (no need to oil the skillet) until lightly browned on both sides.

Let cool.

Serve with curry.
