Mango Chia Pudding

Mango being in season and so many dishes to cook that I chose my favourite being Pudding. But I wanted a healthy version so I skipped sugar as mango was very sweet, I added various berries to make it healthy.

Mango being in season and so many dishes to cook that I chose my favourite being Pudding. But I wanted a healthy version so I skipped sugar as mango was very sweet, I added various berries to make it healthy.
Steps

In a bowl add Chia seeds and soak in milk. Refrigerate overnight by which time Chia seeds would be increasing in size

Make mango pulp from fresh mangoes. Set aside
- 3
In the serving glass add mango pulp till half, add Chia seeds pudding and garnish with some more mango pulp, raspberries, black berries and blue berries

Enjoy a healthy pudding
