Steps

Take a pan and boil water and then put sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice in it and stir it well until it changes into jelly mixture. Then when it is ready put aside and cool it down.

Now take 3 tbsp lemon gritted it and mix in fresh cream and put it in freezer for 10 min.

Now put that jelly mixture in tarts and spread that lemon mixture in it and I have put melted sugar and slices of lemon you can put kesar also.
