1/2 kgRaw mangoes
250 gmSugar
2-3 tspSalt
2 tbspRed chilli powder
1 tspHing
1 tbspCumin powder
as requriedRed

Wash, peel, and chopped raw mangoes in small pieces.

Add salt, hing, sugar, red chilli powder, and cumin powder. Mix well.

Cover and keep it in sunlight for 7-8 days.

After 1 week sweet and sour mango pickle is ready to eat. Keep it in a jar and enjoy.
