Colorful Rice Balls with Edamame and Red Shiso

I combined my husband's favorite shiso rice seasoning with edamame.
In order for the flavors to blend in better, I recommend using freshly cooked rice.

Boil the edamame is salted water. Remove from the shells. Here are some tips on boiling them -

Add the edamame from Step 1 into the cooked rice. Stir in the red shiso and then form into rice balls.
