I wanted a different type of eating my spaghetti so i tried it this way. You can play around with the herbs used on your sauce, the way you like it. You can add meat/pork to your sauce if you want it. Enjoy~!

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbspaghetti
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1/4 cuponion
  4. 1/4 cupalbahaca
  5. 4garlic cloves
  6. 1/2 cuptomato paste
  7. 2 cupsmozzarella cheese
  8. 1/2 cupparmesan cheese
  9. 1 tspcumin
  10. 1 tspsalt
  11. 1 tbssugar
  12. 2 tbsitalian seasoning
  13. 1 tspblack pepper
  14. 1/2 cupwater
  15. 1 tbsvirgin oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti on hot water with salt and the virgin oil.

    For the sauce, grind the tomatoes, albahaca, onion, garlic cloves until smooth.

  3. 3

    On a sauce pan cook the mixture of the vegetables and add the tomato paste, water, and the seasonings. Let it boil until you are satisfy with the texture.

    Mix the previously prepared sauce with the parmesan cheese. and let it boil 2 min.

    Grate de mozzarella cheese and set apart.

    Now that we have everything prepared, we just need to set them together. First, we put the spaghetti, above it put the sauce previously prepared and for last cover it with lots of cheese.

    Bake for 20-25 min. Then serve! Enjoy~
