An easy and quick breakfast recipe prepared by steaming the spiced semolina based balls. It is an easy and quick recipe, providing all the necessary nutrients for the morning diet.

Steps

Firstly, in a large Kadai heat 3 tsp oil and saute 1 chili and ginger.
Then pour 2.5 cups of water. Also, add salt and coconut, mix well. - 2
Get the water to a rapid boil. keeping the flame on low start adding roasted semolina slowly, stirring continuously.

Cover and cook until the semolina turns soft and fluffy.

Then knead the dough for 5 mins and prepare small balls. Steam them for 10 minutes.

After this, take a kadhai and heat 3 tsp oil, and add all the tempering ingredients. Now add turmeric, chili powder, and salt.

Then add steamed semolina balls and mix gently.

Finally, add coriander and lemon juice. Mix well.

Serve with spicy chutney. Enjoy!
