Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1 tspbutter
  4. 3 tbspsplit moong dal
  5. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Take bowl add 1 cup rice.

    Now pour 3 tbsp split moong dal

  3. 3

    Now mix the lentils and rice and wash them well.

  4. 4

    Now put the pressure cooker on the gas and turn on the gas and pour a 1tsp butter in it.

  5. 5

    Pour dal and rice in cooker when the butter is slightly hot.

  6. 6

    Now add some salt to it.

  7. 7

    Closed the lid of the cooker by adding a glass of water..

  8. 8

    Now turn off the gas after cooker takes two whistles..

  9. 9

    Khichdi ready to serve.
