Make barista and divid in half for biryani and half garnishing.
In a pan add oil add half of whole spices bey leaves tomatoes and saute till tomatoes get soft add ginger garlic paste. Add coriander and mint leaves paste add red chilli power, turmeric powder and coriander powder and garam masala powder salt mix well crush add half of barista.mix well till chicken cook. - 2
Once chicken is cook add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Now boil soaked rice. In water add remaining whole spices salt and cook till half done and remove water. - 3
Make layers of rice then put layer of cooked chicken again layer of rice and garinish with coriander and mint leaves and green chilli and barishta. Add colour its optional close lid and cook for 30 mint on slow flame. Till rice gully cooked.
