Sweet corn chevda

Grate sweet corn with grater. When you grate it lot of juice will be removed to. Use it in cooking.

Take a pan and heat oil, add mustard seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle add asafoetida and grated corn in it. Add turmeric powder. Mix well.

Now add green chili, ginger, garlic paste. Stir it. Now add crushed peanuts and cook for few minutes.

Then add warm milk. Let it cool for 7-8 minutes. Keep stirring frequently to avoid it from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Add cinnamon and cloves powder.

Add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well. Sprinkle some freshly cliantro on top. Serve hot.
