This chaat is very simple & healthy.. in my Aunt's in laws, this chaat is a must item for Iftar. I just add more masalas to it.. as they eat it with just salt & lemon.

This chaat is very simple & healthy.. in my Aunt's in laws, this chaat is a must item for Iftar. I just add more masalas to it.. as they eat it with just salt & lemon.
Steps

Wash n soak daal chana for at least 5-6 hrs or over night. Now add all masalas, chutney, tamarind pulp & lemon juice.

Now add all vegetables n mix them well.

Garnish it with cilantro, tomato, onion n Serve it.
(They do not boil or cook it as they becomes soft because of soaking for long time.. but if you want you can boil it for 5 mins & than make this chaat.)
