Wash the potatoes. Peel the skin. Grate it. Add water and soak for 5 minutes. Drain off the water. Squeeze well and add it to a mixing bowl.

Add cornflour and gram flour. Next add crushed black pepper, cumin seeds, chopped green chili, and onion.

Add salt and mix well. It should be a thick batter.

Heat a non-stick tawa. Spray some oil. Add a spoonful of the potato mixture and spread it out. Spray oil all around the edges and roast until golden brown. Flip over. Cook both sides until golden and crisp.

Remove from pan.

For Green Chutney Recipe:
To a blender, add all the ingredients mentioned under "For Green Chutney" and blend to a fine paste. This chutney goes well with any chaat. You can store it in an airtight container for 1 week or freeze it for a long. - 7
Serve Tasty and Healthy Aloo Chilla immediately with spicy green chutney or tomato ketchup and a hot cup of tea.
