Had leftovers from long weekend, wanted to use them up.

First cube the potatoes, then chop or slice sausages, chop the onions finely. (You can also use poloni or chorizo for this). Mix the potatoes, sausage and onions, set aside.

Mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise and olive oil, add the dill and tarragon. Then season to taste with personally preferred spices and salts.

Add the mayonnaise mix to the potato mix. Now roughly chop the eggs and gently lift under as not to brake them up to much. Hope you enjoy.
