  • 1/2 cuplobia soaked overnight
  • 1/2 tspred chillies
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1potato boiled in cubes
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tspZeera powder
  • 1/4 tspChaat masala
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    Soak beans overnight,boil it and take off the scum. Add salt,once done strain.

    Cut all veggies and dry roast Chaat masala,red chilli flakes and zeera.

    Grind the masala coarsely

    Mix all veggies in lobia,add lemon juice

    Now add the dry roasted masala and mix well
