Ingredients

20 minutes
2,3 people
  • 500 grmmince 🍖
  • 1medium onion 🧅 chopped
  • 1 teaspoonGinger julliene
  • 4,5 clovesgarlic
  • Red chili 🌶️ powder
  • Salt 🧂 to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala
  • 3 tablespoonOil
  • 1small tomato 🍅 chopped

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in pan 🥘 then add mince 🍖 meat stir consistently

  2. 2

    Add all spices and all other ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cover with the lid, let it cook in steam.

  4. 4

    Until tender and softened.
    Don't dry too much.

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with roti or naan
