Grind sprouted moong. And take in a bowl. Mix besan chopped mint leaves salt grated ginger chopped chili and soda add 2-3tbsp water and make a thick batter.

Now heat non-stick tawa and spread batter to make mini chilla cook on a slow flame. Turn another side apply ghee on both sides. And take out on a plate.

Now take a serving plate. Spread sweet curd and arrange chilla. Sprinkle black salt red chili powder Garnish with mint leaves pomogranate seeds and chopped green chilli.

Tasty nutritious Chilla is ready to serve.
