2 cupsgrated bottle guard
250 gcurd
as taste salt
1/4 tspblack pepper powder
1/2 tspdry roasted and grinded cuminseeds
2 pinchred chilli powder

Steps

Take a pan add water and grated bottle guard boil in 5 minutes at sLow heat.

After boil water drain and cool them.
3

Take a curd whisk add spices mixed then add boiled bottle guard mixed.
4

Take a serving bowl put raita then garnish red chilli N pepper powder.Serve chilled.
