Heat a kadhai add 4tsp mustard oil,1tsp cumin seeds,slicely chopped green Chilli saute it well

Then add slicely cut onions saute until it turn slightly golden brown,add slicely cut ladyfinger saute it well

Cook it in a low medium flame then add 1tsp garam masala,half tsp turmeric powder, salt as per taste cook for 10min after that close the lid for more min

After that add butter,saute it well cook in open lid and again saute it add amchoor powder
