Ingredients

20-30 min
  • 500 gmmaida
  • 130 gmghee
  • 1 tspajwain
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2 Pinchbaking soda
  • As neededOil for frying

Steps

20-30 min
  1. 1

    Take a bowl mix,maida,salt,ajwain, and make a tight dough adding some water. Keep it for rest for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Make small mathri with this dough

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok, deep fry all mathri with this dough.

  4. 4

    With this process deep fry all mathri and keep on tissue paper.
