Soak sela rice for 4-5 hrs.

In a pot add water,food colour,orange peel and cardamom. Once water boils add soaked rice

Boil them until aik kanni is left,strain.

In a pot,add ghee,cinnamon and long. Add sugar and 1/2 cup water and cook. Then add rice. And low down the flame and keep for dum.

Add mithai and asharfian in the end and serve.
