Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • 1/2 cupSugar powder
  • 1/2 cupMilk powder
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1/2 Tspbaking powder
  • 1/2baking soda
  • 1 tspbutterscotch essence
  • as requiredChilled milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all dry ingredients and sieve them twice.

  2. 2

    Now add all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl mix them well.

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and make a flowing consistency batter.

  4. 4

    Trasfer the batter to greased cake pot

  5. 5

    Bake it for 45-50min In a pre heated Oven.

  6. 6

    Check it by poring toothpick if toothpick comes out dry then it's done.

  7. 7

    Enjoy hot cake with mamma
