Thought of giving some healthy twist with my daughter's favorite "custard with jelly".

In a non-stick pan, take lightly crushed museli, crushed biscuits, add in butter, cinnamon powder, and milk
such that they all combine together like dough and add honey to it. Cook, it covered for just 2 minutes. - 2
Remove the lid, transfer the basket mixture to a bowl and quickly mold them in silicone cups
with the help of a spoon, press them to give a small basket shape
keep them in the refrigerator to set. - 3
To prepare the filling, boil 2 cups of milk in a pan, add diluted (by adding little milk) custard powder in the boiling milk, on slow flame, and continously stir such that no lumps are formed
Add sugar to taste, cardamom powder, and cool it. Let it set in the fridge - 4
To prepare the jelly, I followed the instruction given on the Rex Jelly packet, prepared a day before.

Demould the basket from silicone cups. Fill in with thick custard, jelly, fruits like blueberry and few mint leaves
Immediately serve.. All time kid's favorite!!
