Steps

Take cashews and make a powder. In the pan, take water and sugar.

Sugar syrup should be sticky. Add cashew powder and ghee. Mix it well. Cook it on low flame for some more time. Spread it on the butter paper.

Keep another paper on the top. Let it slightly cool. With the help of a rolling pin, roll it out.
- 4
Once it is cool, with help of a scale, cut it into a diamond shape.
