Ingredients

  • 500 gFlour
  • 10Eggs
  • 500 gButter
  • Baking powder2tsp level
  • 3/4 tspSalt
  • Flavour 1tsp each vanilla/strawberry
  • 450 gSugar
  • Food Colour Red
  • 1 tspCinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 tspNutmeg Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Sieve flour,Mix with all dry,set aside,cream butter,sugar till fluffy,add Flavour to eggs and whisk,till foamy,alternate egg mixture and flour,start with egg,end with egg.Note don't over mix

  2. 2

    Scoop out Lil portion of batter into a clean bowl,add few drops of colour and mix till well combined

  3. 3

    Scoop some plain batter into arranged cup cake case and some coloured batter as desired,preheat oven on low heat and bake on low heat for 15mins depending on oven,enjoy!
