Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.

Cut onion,peel off garlic, cut tomatoes,whole spices take a pressure cooker add all that ingredients then add mutton back and all spices...Add 2cup water and give steam for 10-15m

After 10m steam convert it in karahi...keep on high flame and cook it until all excess water cooked at this time add oil and spices,salt,pepper and turmeric powder

Bonify it for almost 10m and until oil separate from mutton at this time add garam masala powder,coriander powder

It's done garnish with fresh coriander amd serve it with naan or roti
