Mix two tablespoons gram flour in curd or chas in a vessel. Now mix salt, water, turmeric, salt, chilli pawder,garam masala in the mixture and make a thin paste

Now put oil in a pan and keep it on heating gas, put mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafetida in that pan.

Now add ginger garlic paste.

When all this is cooked, then prepare the gram flour mixture and stir it. Keep stirring the curry in between.

To make Bhajiya prepare paste in the remaining gram flour add salte according to taste and water. And put it in a pan and stir until it thickens and cooks. It has to be run continuously.

Put oil in a plate and spread the cooked mixture in it. When it cools down, cut it into your desired shape and fry it in hot oil.

Fry till it becomes light brown.

Now turn off the gas by adding these bhajiya to the cooked curry.for tadka take tadka pan on gas add oil, some curry leaves, onion, and Kashmiri red chilli powder.add tadka in curry.your delicious curry is ready.
