Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  • 1 cupKishmish (Raisins) soaked
  • Imli pulp half cup
  • 1 cupGur (jaggery)
  • Water as required
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
  • 1/2' tspRed chilli powder
  • 3/4 tspGinger (adrak/sonth) powder
  • 1/2-1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspRoasted crushed Dhania zeera
  • 5-6 podsCardamom (Elaichi)
  • Almond flakes and silver paper for garnish (optional)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Soaked kishmish overnight and blend with imli pulp,,,

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add blended mixture in it,, Adjust the consistency by adding some water,,

  3. 3

    Now add all above dry ingredients except Almond flakes and silver paper,,

  4. 4

    Cook the chutney on low flame till you get your desired texture/consistency.

  5. 5

    Garnish with almond and silver paper and serve,,,,
