Steps

Take 200grm besan in a big mixing bowl add salt sugar tatri sodium bicarbonate mix it properly.

Now add water slowly and make a flowing consistency batter for dhokla.keep it coverd for 10min.

After 10min mix it again and add oil and eno mix in one direction

Pour batter in greased dhokla plate.

Steam it for 20min.

Take it out and let it cool down

Cut itno small pieces now heat oil kadai add Mustard seed and green chillies.

Spread it over dhokla. garnish it with coriander leaves and grated coconut.
