Banana leaf contains enough amount of antioxidants # ability to keep the skin moist# reduces pimples &acne.when these leaves are used to wrap food, some medicinal properties are diffused.
Steps

Remove the middle part(hard) of the banana leaf & wash it properly.
Cut it into small pieces - 2
Grind it in a mixer with water. Strain it. Almost 2 cups leaf juice.

Mix the half cup juice with cornflour & arrowroot powder. Mix it well.

Boil the remaining leaf juice on medium flame, then add cornflour mix, stir it on low heat or double boiling system till it becomes thick or cooked. Then add sugar. Stir it continuously,when it melts, add almond paste, stir it well. Add cardamom powder & vanila essance. Mix it well. Remove from heat.

Heat a pan,pour ghee. Fry the coconut pieces & broken nuts slightly. Then add the fried nuts & coconut pieces to the Halwa mix.
Transfer it into the greased mould. - 6
Cool it. Cut it into pieces.

Delicious Banana leaf Halwa is ready to serve.
