Cut the chicken in half so that it is about 8 mm-1 cm thick.

Wipe the moisture dry from the package the chicken came in, add in flour, and dredge the chicken.

Remove excess flour and place the chicken into a plastic bag, then add in Step 2 and the ☆ ingredients, and rub it in!

Shake excess flour from Step 2, add panko to the pack, and thoroughly coat Step 3 in panko.

Fry them up all at once in oil brought to high heat, and they are done!!

Sauce cutlets are also delicious!
